Yes. Our team does bulk excavation for your build. We quote it separately from demolition, because every block is different. Rock, clay, shale or a basement can mean 10 trucks or 100.

It depends on the size of the house, what it's built from, site access and what's on the block. That's why we visit before we quote. Your free site visit happens within a week of your request, and your quote follows the next day.

Some things can't be seen or tested before work starts, like what's underground, behind walls or in ceilings. If we find one, we stop, show you and agree the cost in writing first. Everything else on your quote stays as quoted.

Asbestos you can see in the home is included in your demolition quote, including the kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Buried or hidden asbestos is different. We assess it, then agree the cost with you in writing before we remove it. We're licensed for asbestos removal, and you get a clearance certificate at the end. Asbestos removal is part of a full demolition job, not a stand-alone service.

Work can usually start about 3 weeks after you accept your quote. That's once your demolition approval and neighbour notices are ready. We allow 7 to 10 working days for the job. A single-storey house is usually down within 3 days, weather permitting.

Yes. You need demolition approval from a private certifier or your local council. We help you with the application, and our clients get a special price on private certifier fees. Approval times depend on the certifier or council.

We install 1.8 m security fencing and signage before work starts. We use dust suppression during demolition, and we carry public liability insurance.
